Russell Hausfeld

Russell Hausfeld is a writer and illustrator based in Cincinnati, Ohio. He considers himself a humble observer of the world and is always looking for an excuse to go hiking or sit amidst the might of a storm. A lot of his writing while at the University of Cincinnati has been focused on the local art scene and city culture. And he was able to write extensively on drug policy and theater while working for Willamette Week in Portland, Oregon. But, he maintains that he will write about anything that he can sink his investigative teeth into and learn more about. His illustrations have appeared in the University of Cincinnati's newspaper The News Record, Willamette Week, and City Beat. He also self publishes a fiction and poetry magazine called Read This Sh*t!"
